| This is the best pub in Addlestone by a long way. Always a good friendly buzz in the bar which makes for a very relaxing time. Not tried the food, but there are always 2 unusual guest beers - Heaviestoun Bitter & Twisted, plus Moorhouses Black Cat on my last visit - both excellent!! Well worth a detour!! | This Pub was recommended by a friend so decided to pop in for a pint with my mate and our respective daughters. So glad it was recommended to us. Lovely pub with good ale and ever so friendly bar staff. Got chatting to Becky the Bar Manager who was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. | Pleasant back street pub, with a bright, airy feel. Had a refurb last year, just before the smoking ban came in. Got an idea it might be under new management. Used to be an Ushers tied house but now serves the likes of Pride and Pedigree. Worth a try. Mothroy - 14 Jul 2008 21:54 |
