| Well I can tell you how Alex Proud reacts to customer complaints...he tells you that if you don't like it you can leave and if you complain again he then physically throws the you out! The party we had there was a sham. It was miss sold to us and then we voiced our concerns the night took a turn for the worst. Our waitress kept making mistakes and service was so slow it came to a grinding halt, she later admitted to being given half a bottle of scotch earlier in the night. Drinks are over priced, staff are incompetent and arrogant. So many places to choose from in London...go some place else...anywhere else! maxymax - 26 Sep 2008 23:00 |
| I hate to say it but this place is very nice. Great gallery space/live venue in the first room and then an amazing horse stables turned into bar and seating area. BUT - Very crap music on a thursday - cheesy dance music when you'd expect a decent Hawley Arms type playlist. Terrible snooty staff that make no eye contact when they serve you. Oh and Alex proud (the owner) is a turd. A friend of mine worked with him for a VERY short while, he asked a member of staff to go to 'cafe nero' to get him a coffee and when he was given a different brand he threw it on the floor and started screaming abuse. I wonder how he'd react to a customer complaint???? good_pubs_are_rare - 12 Sep 2008 22:16 |
