| Recently re opened with a bit of a new look, quite bar ish, but run as a pub, with a great pool table and a jukebox with everything you can think of on it. Cracking pint of pedigree. | Well, this was a dissapointment especially as it looked so nice from the outside. My partner and I are non smokers, but we were forced to eat in the smoking area because it seemed the landlady was doing her paperwork and personal phonecalls whilst smoking like a trooper and ordering the staff around like slaves actually 'in' the non smoking area. Very rude and off putting about the whole place. Didnt really stay much longer after that, food was great though. Cracking staff just in the wrong pub. tryingtofindagreatpub - 27 May 2007 14:35 |
