user reviews of the Misty Moon, Harlesden

please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

By far the best beer in Harlesden with a continuously rotating selection of guest ales. Alyways shows every single football game live in all leagues.

Is there any way of changing the name of this pub as it has been the Misty Moon for some time now?.

There are still some compartmentalised areas, although mostly open plan. Originally a cinema and very well converted (with old local photos and old film star posters) by JDW (now sold on)

It can be a really nice local pub which regularly tries different guest beers - some of which are ok and others are brilliant. A great place to watch footie.

But the food is not brilliant. Sometimes a bit smokey...

Since changed names to the moon under the something???. Big open space pub was originally a picture house. No entertainment, you might sit in some one else's seat, a bit boring... perfect for crickit on a saturday afternoon, if you like that thing, If your a fruit machine addict thn it's perfect, a reclaimed witherspoons, usual suspects sipping over the same pint for 6 hours... quiet a boring establishement.

No longer a Wetherspoons pub for many months now. Big screen TV’s show football at high volume whilst the patrons try to shout over it. In this ex-cinema the noise can be deafening.

The new owners keep their beer well and haven’t increased the prices excessively but the range is vary variable. Sometimes they have a nice range of guest beers on but often you can only get a couple of Greene King brews and it seems to be getting worse.

The menu is similar to the old Wetherspoons one but I haven’t tried the food myself.
