The Millwright has now reopened as of Friday 21st Nov under new management. The pub has been thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom and is looking great. Still my favourite pub in Warwick. Broadside, Spitfire and Blacksheep on tap with IPA and guest ales on the horizon. I can vouch for the quality of the 1st 2. Layzeedude - 26 Nov 2008 14:13
I made the trip here only to find it closed. On asking around was told the Landlady was not making any money so left! Will check again later. lotus - 11 Nov 2008 15:49
Attractive pub short walk from Warwick Castle. Cosy interior with several smaller rooms in traditional style with several beers on hand pull and the usual lagers. We had Adnams Broadside and it was in good condition. The food menu was excellent and what we had was good, and reasonable price. Beer was a bit pricey, but not surprising being a "tourist" town. Recommended for those visiting Warwick and needing a pint in pleasant atmosphere and surroundings and wanting something to eat! FrostyJW - 10 Oct 2008 09:49

Spent a lovely Saturday Evening a couple of weekends ago for the Beer Festival. Food was available and along with good weather the place was packet. Beers 10x were Adnams Explorer, Black Sheep Ale, Brysons Hurricane Bitter, Captain Smiths Strong Ale from Titanic, Daleside Blonde, Dr Okell Eastern Spice, Newmans Last Lion of Britain, Wyckwars Long John Silver, Sharps Own and Thwaites Wainwright. All were excellant and the 3 worth special mention are the Brysons, Daleside Blonde and the Sharps Own. A well organised event which is a must for my diary next year. ticket - 23 Jun 2008 12:56
