| One of the last of the great little back street pubs where in days gone by you could drink mild beer without taking out a mortgage, the most exotic food on offer was crisps and nuts, and you watch the wizened regulars in the corner argue over the crib board! These days the beer is still fine, and despite the cramped bar is enjoyable enough for a few pints. Enjoy while you can, because thanks to short-sighted breweries, tescos off licences and overbearing bouncers people would rather stop at home and these great places will soon be gone!!
