user reviews of the Bull Inn, Gristhorpe

please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

Yes the Bull has changed hands and Keith and Tracey are very welcoming. Tracey has worked in the pub industry for some years and they have both been regulars of the Bull in the past so we in Gristhorpe believe they will do a great job. It has been my local for many years and will agree that previous hosts service may have been bellow par but that has all changed now and I recomend a visit to check it out for yourself, happy drinking.

In the past it is fair to say that the pub was not as welcoming as you would have liked. This has now all changed as it now has a new LandLady called Tracey who is very helpful along with her staff. The pub has now been decorated inside and outside. Unfortunately no food is available at the moment but the service is top class.

Me and my Mrs went to this pub to break the monotony of a family get togther at a near by caravan park [dire!.]Wish I had not bothered. Made to feel like we had walked into s atrangers front room and we interupting a cosy night in front of the telly. If that was the landlord then his business is on the skids.

Olde Worlde pub. Food okay but limited menu. No atmosphere. We felt that the Waitress was agressive and rude. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Seemed like children were not welcome and a nuisance for being in a high chair, ie 'in the way'. Scandlous price for childrens meals. Sausage, chips and gravy (no frills) £5.
