| This is a Good Beer Guide entry but for me it's the food that makes it one of the best country pubs in the Fylde to visit. Over Christmas, I took my family to all the best country pubs in the district and the Running Pump was head and shoulders above the Cartford Hotel, Owd Nells and the Plough at Eaves to name but three.
