| Just outside of the city walls, this is a long narrow traditional pub. Friendly atmosphere with a good mix of people. Thwaites beers seem to be the main offering. happytyskie - 25 Dec 2008 16:24 |

| we stayed 1st to 3rdmarch 2008 i would recommend this pub it was an ideal location close to the shops and not far to crawl after a night out or two round the pubs.you could come and go when you wanted without having to go through the pub.the staff were very friendly the room was clean and tidy the breakfast was very nice i liked the time 9am-9.30am very good after a few pints.i only had one problem and that was it was on a busy road lorries going past at 6am not to good if you didn't get in till 3am sweet666 - 5 Mar 2008 21:02 |
