A very friendly welcome early on a Saturday lunchtime, when I was walking around Southampton. No football on that day, but this felt very much like a locals pub and the overall atmosphere was one which encouraged me to return. Don't knock it, its the pick of the bunch in the area.

Handily located a stone's throw from the red-light strip that is Chapel Road. So you pop behind the church for a blowjob from a crack addict, and the stroll over here for a relaxing pint afterwards. Nice one!
