Contemporary design made it souless and uncomfortable. Served me a frozen pizza which I returned and got refunded on, and my wifes chicken curry was bland. Avoid. s9s - 29 Apr 2011 09:52
Well I don't know what it was like before, as this was my first visit to Dartmouth, but I was really pleased I chose it for my only couple of pints in the town. Ale in excellent condition. I had a Bridgetown summat or other, and it was lovely. I've read the other reviews and can safely say that the service does not resemble some of the other comments so I think it must have dramatically improved lately. Didn't eat there, but the menu looked good. wheatstraw - 25 Jul 2010 19:10

an absolute joke of a pub. They poured our beers from a can. Is this allowed? The locals seemed fine with this. We quicley left and wont be back. I assume the brewery have stopped this pubs account if not I cant see any positive from selling canned beer. bobbeer100 - 2 Dec 2009 18:17
