| There is a sign on the place describing it as an 'Ancient Coaching Inn' - the interior would suggest it is anything but. Very 'nouveau' with a 'young' clinetelle - although there were 3 ales on and the Youngs Special (Pride & Black Sheep being the others) was quite drinkable. | A nice place to go on a warm night, tables & seats outside, good decor inside. There are funky blue lights at one end that make you feel more intoxicated than you are, but the music's ok & prices not too bad (well, compared to London bars anyway!)
