| We went to the Belper last friday it was packed with a great crowd great atmosphere. Service was very good and the food was excellent. And my main course was only £7.50 smoked haddock risotto it was great. Can't wait to go back the owners are new so lets hope its long lived! Barleymo - 16 Apr 2008 16:42 |
| Has always been our favourite pub for sunday lunch until last week. We thought something was up when we got to the car park, usually you cant get a parking space but last sunday it was empty. when we got in the pub we realised it had a new landlord, we used to have a 3 course meal for £11.50. we only had a main course last week and it was £9.50 with no veg ! | I am afraid this place has gone a tad downhill the last 18 months. Still real ale led (just about) but the quality of management and food seems to have slipped imho.
