I find it hard to believe in any positive review of this place.....this place is absolutely BLATANTLY hopeless in every way.....The only redeeming feature is the young manageress, but she is fighting a hopelessly losing battle with the rest of the super incompetent staff there......

Stayed here for work a couple of times now and it's been fine both times.. very much a dining/Premier Inn arrangement, but food has been very good, staff are very attentive and it's spotless. Only complaint would be the fully decorated (and lit) 6-foot Christmas Tree on display last night.. September 22nd...come off it.

My sister and parents were asked if they were locals once visiting this place, for a Sunday lunch, being from wsm and clevedon obviously didn't cut the mustard,so no entry gained.?

I agree with the review by fat_beer_badger.
Primarily an eating establishment, but with very friendly staff and usually at least two beers on tap (Butcombe and Wadworth are frequent) plus very good quality and value meals you can't really go wrong if this is what you are after.

Part of the "table table" chain operated by Marstons. Friendly professional service, comfy and modern, and a really lovely pint of Wadworth 6X , 7/10
