| The pub is up for rent (Again) Enterprise Inns have the following on their website: "The Wayfarer is situated on a busy road through the residential area of Waintree in Bristol. This suburban pub was purpose built in the 1980s. Due to the nature of the opportunities provided by this pub, it is not one for a first-time operator, but could greatly reward a more experienced licensee." Where the hell is "Waintree"? | The following appeared on the BBC website on 13/02/09:- Three people have been charged with assault after a female police officer was hit by a pint glass in a pub. Pc Hen Staveley-Brown suffered a serious eye injury and facial fractures during an incident at the Wayfarer in Penpark Road in Southmead, Bristol. A number of other police officers were also hurt in the attack, which happened on Saturday 7 February.
