| I don't normally leave reviews but feel in this case I must. I can't believe the negative comments regarding this pub. We have visited Ferring for many years on holiday and the Tudor Close is a large part of our stay. The lovely man who owns it is always pleasant and we have certainly never been made to feel unwelcome just because we are not local. I find this a really strange comment for anyone to make - do these people try to make friends with the locals? Or do they just assume that they should receive the red carpet treatment just because they are on holiday? Last year we celebrated our Silver Wedding Anniversary and rather than head for the bright lights of Brighton we chose the Tudor Close and I can say we were not disappointed. The food was excellent, the staff were polite and friendly and we couldn't have asked for more. I just think some people like complaining for complaining's sake!! | Firstly I must totally disagree with the comments from Anon. on 30 March. This is the most beautiful and friendly pub I have visited in a long while. The staff are very effiecient and friendly and the food is wonderful. You will not be dissapointed. I recently held my duahters wedding here and altogether it was a most memorable day.
