GJs!

This squalor that calls itself a boozer wins my dive of the year award.

We were caught in the cross fire on Saturday night between some very unpleasant local estate thugs and a bunch of south africans who seemed to arrive close to closing time in good spirits.

The locals, whom you will not miss, simply were looking for a fight and the place descended into chaos with many innocent people injured including my sister and her boyfriend.

Management and Security was nonexistent and there is no door policy the place was overrun and overcrowded with bottom feeders of society.

Places like this should be closed down and not allowed to operate in the manner they do.

if you go early and during the week its decent and friendly, attracting locals and rugby crowds!
lots of aussies, south africans, etc.
I've been on Friday night once and will never go back though....managed to stay only 10 minutes!
Food is a hit and miss !
Average place overall

If I could rate this with negative numbers I would. If you like to feel relatively safe on a night out I would definitely recommend you stay away from GJ's in Wandsworth. The bouncers are ineffective, and the Manager knowingly lets in guys who see no problem with hitting unsuspecting girls.
If you want to avoid an incident- and assalt-free night, don't go to GJs.

GJs is great! Awesome big beer garden, open late at the weekends with a DJ for boogying and toffee vodka shots for 1!!!

Excellent management and staff are friendly and fun, have had many a memorable (well mostly!) night here and no doubt will again in the near future :)

Good pub for watching a game. Roast dinners on Sunday are great. Buy 2 and you get a free bottle of house wine!! Also a big beer garden.

Sadly, it turns into a nightmare on a Friday and Saturday night. Over crowded and full of knobs.
