| Good friendly local pub. Smallish but never too crowded. Adnams Broadside is always good here. Only one Pool table but you can usually get a game - only one "working" cue last time I was in there. Amongst a fairly low standard of pubs in the area this one stands out. SPJ - 16 Sep 2010 18:02 |
| this is the only decent beer pub in the whole town - trust me spent 3 years researching it! - Beers always good broadside and adams landlord actually put some effort into the decor - nicely refitted - very small though so can get crowed and noisy quickly but we live in stortford and there are seven pubs closer than this one but we still go there - says it all Caffrey60 - 28 Apr 2009 20:14 |
