This is so much better than the pretentious Swan next door. Both have expensive food, but at least in the Anglers it's worth it. The cask beers are a lot more interesting too - and always changing. Oh, and the staff are friendly. The only thing that needs fixing is the leaky roof in the gents' toilet.

£13.50 is not a reasonable price for 8 pieces of salami and 6 pieces of cured ham...very disappointing hugely over priced lunch, bring down the prices or provide value for money!!

Nice location, shame about the food. Not bad but ridiculously overpriced, even by London gastropub standards. Definitely not going back.

A large columned pub situated on the Thames tow path, resembling an old colonial hotel bar. The food, drinks and service are obviously considered and clearly important. A very fine example of a modern gastropub.

Went for a walk along the river today and came across The Anglers . What a great place. Had a delicious hot chocolate & walnut cake whilst taking in the great views. Staff were very welcoming. As the menu looked so nice I ended up booking a table for lunch next week.
