Really the perfect pub. Great beer and lots of variety. Hughly experienced friendly staff (that remember what your drinking), fantastic local music and everyone is made to feel very welcome. Food is fantastic, locally sourced, really fresh and priced accordingly. If you want cheap food go to the chippy. Can't sing its praises enough

Lovely friendly pub which is child friendly. Has a nice fireplace area to chat in while your meal is being prepared. Food was of a very high standard, would recommend to anyone. Restaurant is small and does get booked up well in advance.

A great pub so I was surprised to see the comment by Jaco. A pub cannot control dog shit but it can control the quality of what you get inside.
The beer in the Burston Crown is gravity fed and superb and the food is very good. Certainly more expensive thyan the scampi and chips pubs but real value for money.

The beer was ok, about the only thing this place has going for it. Having dodged the dog shit all the way to the front door my urge to drink there had worn off a little, and the food was pretty overexpensive for what you got. Not good at all.
