This place is a dump. Do not eat here watch out for deadly bacteria on your food. Watch rogue restaurants on BBC Iplayer if that doesn't put you off nothing will! um06mak - 1 Aug 2008 19:48
Terrific country pub.Richard the landlord knows how to run a pub.Great chef - and best food in any pub (steak and kidney pie to die for).TV in separate bars and large relaxing area. Separate dining area.Well behaved dogs are not rejected.Kid friendly.Great garden.Great beers. It is a drive and a country pub on it's own.Large playing area outside including trampoline.Give it a try and write a review! sports_mad - 1 Dec 2007 09:06
Not the prettiest of pubs inside but staff are friendly and the food is nice. Not somewhere I would go all the time for a drink but I would occasionally for the food. The garden is fantastic for children just needs tidying up a bit as it's a bit grubby. Shame it's not really within walking distance of Chalfont village. lapdkelly - 14 Aug 2007 17:01
Nice cavery, good local pub but requires transport to get there. Malc_London - 7 May 2006 12:12
Friendly pub in a great location - middle of nowhere. Good beer. Carvery is good value. Recent refurb means demise of pool table but darts have remained. Large garden with plenty of kids play equipment. Always some sports showing on one of the many televisions. If you want a quiet drink go somewhere else. Davidd - 16 Sep 2005 10:17
