A pub for locals rather than visitors. Beer choice pretty poor with Greene King the order of the day. Ok if you want a quick pint and don't mind some pretty choice banter from the locals. A least it has avoided a foodie makeover.

took the wife over to see relitives and called in.The language at the bar was terrible with one guy (with strong london acent) shouting and swearing.
What a shame ruined our visit wont be back.

standard local pub, rather boring beer selection when I visited on a tuesday. friendly with a few locals in for a early afternoon pint, nice place for a quick pint. worth a visit if you want a pub rather than a family and food joint.

Very quiet village local, not too far away from the Bembridge Windmill. There were very few customers around during our Sunday afternoon visit. But you get the impression that few tourists make it this far out. The real ale range was none too inspiring either - Green King IPA & Abbot Ale & Marstons Pedigree. There was nothing too much to recommend it. So whilst not a really bad pub, it still rated as the worst we went to during the day.

Popped in while for a pint while in Bembridge on a Sunday evening. Very quiet when all the other pubs were packed with holiday makers eating. Had a decent enough pint of Abbott but was shadowed around the pub by what looked like the village junkie (or maybe he was on his annual vacation). Not a brilliant experience.
