This place is an absolute joke. A complete and utter joke. Its all fine to sit on the grass outside when the sun is shining, but of a night, its full of upper class attitude trying to be something they are not. And that goes for the 'doormen' too! Poor venue, most likely to spot local 'celebs' in here, god knows why, then again, its the attitude of the place. The management need to have a good look at this place. My advice: AVOID IT!

Casa in Solihull is one of the worst bars i have ever been to. Most people in there are very ostentacious, the staff and especially the management and the door staff are very unpleasent. I visited a friend in solihull and we decided to go to Casa for some food and a night out. The food was dreadful and i only had a mouthful before going to a more respectable establishment for some food. We went back there in the evening to sample the night life, which left much to be desired. Everyone in there was very rude. The door staff were very aggressive and constantly looking for trouble so they could throw there weight around. I had thought about reporting them to the police but what could they do.
If you want to have a good night out in Solihull then i seriously advise not going to Bar Casa.

Oh my god, this bar is ridiculous. Unless you are dressed in the latest catwalk fashions and have got the right 'look' for the place the bouncers just turn you away. I was visiting a friend of mine near Solihull and we decided to go to Casa for a drink. Dressed in dark blue jeans, black shoes and an inoffensive thin black jumper I was turned away, rudely. The reason? Dress code. Laughable really. I don't know any bouncer at all in Sheffield who would have the nerve to do the same. Needless to say I will not be visiting Casa again.

I was disgusted by the way the bouncers at this bar acted, if you can call them bouncers! He called himself the head bouncer! My fiance and I and five of our friends had spent the afternoon in Casa and decided to stay on into Sat evening. So because we had decided not to go home for dinner and stay here at Casa we decided to pop out to grab a snack from Subways. We thought we better let the bouncer now that that is what we were doing as my fiance had trainers on from the day, but the bouncer told us that we had to leave the bar as he had trainers on, we explained that we had been there since the afternoon but he wouldn't have any of it and told us we had to leave at 9.30pm. We decided not to go and get a snack and to go back to our friends at our table. Then to our astonishment this bouncer pin-pointed my fiance out in front of everyone humiliated him and told him he had to get out as he had trainers on!!! even though all our friends still had their trainers on and also other people around us had been sitting with us during the day had their trainers on, but he only picked on my fiance!! now we're 28 years old and not causing any trouble and to be treated in this way was absolutely disgraceful for the bouncer to come over and end our night like that after we were having a really nice time with our friends which we hadnt seen for months!!!!
