| If visiting Malta everybody visits Valletta. Everybody visiting Valletta must visit The Pub. This pub is an oasis in a wonderful city. Graham and his wife "T" make all most welcome. Many imported beers including Guiness and Strongbow at very fair prices. My only dissappointment is that they do not serve food, but do not let that put you off. This pub is a must visit place. | The final watering hole of the late, great Ollie Reed, who died here after one last session during the filming of Gladiator. As such it is as much a tourist attraction as a pub, but you can get English beers (albeit keg) and Pukka Pies and Walkers crisps. Also idiosyncratic opening hours: the boss Warren likes to close early and hit the town himself! An absolute must if you are on the island. Raise a glass to Ollie while you are there.
