Seems to be a click amongst some of the regulars/staff there, some of them are bad characters. briddy1 - 24 Mar 2011 00:25
Spent a very long 30 minutes one afternoon there this summer. Just me and a hardened regular, who looked ready to evaporate into the atmosphere at any moment. 'Library' consisting of a couple of dozen books. Not my favourite place, sadly. Malcoholist - 23 Nov 2010 16:32
It has a pool table and a dart board, which is the only reason why I was there. The only 'ale' is that horrible John Smith's cask stuff, which seems so prevalent in Bridlington. The bar staff were friendly and efficient enough and on Friday evening there was Kylie. Kylie was a young lass who belted out a number of old rock 'n' roll, soul and blues numbers to an unappreciative audience of about half a dozen yoofs who ignored her completely, concentrating on the no-doubt vital txt msgs they had to send. I thought she was quite good. All in all, this is not a place I would bother with again unless I felt an overwhelming urge to play pool or darts, or to listen to Kylie's dulcet tones again. gareth1011 - 16 Jun 2009 14:01
I posted a comment about visiting this place in the early 80's to find a horse standing in the bar...I kid you not, it belonged to some 'Travellers' evidently...a wholly unremarkable place apart from this one 'happening'. harlequin - 31 Oct 2005 01:29
