| just to update here, the black horse is under new management so chances are it wont be in the good beer guide, but it seems the landlord is keen and he is open to suggestion for ales to go on, it is still a green king pub but he is allowed to have 2 guest ales on, so hey use it or lose it to another barrel of bloody IPA jonthehat - 18 Nov 2010 21:27 |

| I HAVE EATEN IN THIS PUB THREE TIMES AND EVERY TIME THERE HAS BEEN A PROBLEM WITH THE FOOD AND SERVICE.I GAVE IT ONE MORE CHANCE, AS ALWAYS THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE, BUT THIS TIME SOMEBODY TOOK NOTICE AND SHOWED WILLINGNESS TO HELP SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I UNDERSTAND THE MEALS ARE VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY, BUT CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE COSTS NOTHING.
