Nice livley atmosphere, busy town centre pub. Good to see that the licensee of this place hasn't done the typical Ikea furniture nonsense, it looks like a pub and feels like one. Good service, friendly chatty barmaid. Lots of drinks to choose from. Food smelt great, although I didn't eat here the couple next to us has a huge plate of casserole - good to see traditional food being served in a traditional place.

Great little pub in the town centre of cheltenham - made us all hungry when we walked in! Friendly staff, quick service and reasonable drinks prices. A must visit if you are in Cheltenham

Thorougly agee on wine prices. Thought they were not too bad for the wines I knew, perhaps slightly high. Then noticed prices were for 175ml glasses not 250ml. Astonishing.

Recently refurbished, now you really cannot move because they have filled it with dull furniture. Were selling poor wine cheaply, now selling poor wine expensively. Toilets needed refurbishing and they haven't been. Notional table service is in effect I believe.

Used to be my main hang out in Cheltenham. I don't like the new look they've given to the place.
