Friendly enough but a bit souless due to its size more than anything. Wish staff had more conversation for all not just the regulars.

I used to be a local for this pub ,and the beer was only acceptable at best and the management was the worst ive ever seen, lucky the locals were ok...

Love this pub! Great service from friendly staff and good cheap beer. It has a pool table used by the regulars who are always up for a game and also a good food menu at graet value for money. You can't argue with that!

The Daniel Gooch is an extremley friendly pub with an excellent landlady in sinead kenney. Great fun can be had around the pool table and dart board areas with regulars who are always happy to welcome new people into the pub. With little to no trouble I have always found the pub to be good fun on any visit there

you can't argue with fosters at £2.20 a pint in that area, even if the clientele is a bit sketchy...

the last old mans pub in Bayswater. 70's barrel shaped establishment with miniature 'beer garden' backing onto the busy Porchester Road. cheapest pub in the area
