It is a really good place to go wen the pubs shut at 12. It plays decent music, which most of the youg crowd listen 2. I think its brilliant

Like being at a house party in the backstreets of Salford. Several bottles of wine, or vast quantities of spirit, are needed to put up with this place. I wouldn't go out of my way to party at this venue - it's a last resort for me. Apparently they now even have a 'private members area' - which (to my knowledge) used to be down the alley at the back. Doorstaff are ok and not easily fooled by people putting socks over their trainers to get in.

Got to say I agree with the other comments that this place used to be the best place in Sale. I used to go there a lot, and enjoyed not only the food (which was fantastic) but the music and atmosphere.

Things have changed considerably, and I haven't been there for a couple of years. I think things changed since the extension. The mood of the place changed and I guess it's been spoilt.

Thanks for the memories though!

Started out as a real good place for the people of Sale (and neighboring areas such as Altrincham) What Sale needed. Never intended to be in competition for places such as Manchester City Centre. Instead, just a local bar/club for a near-by half decent night out. Started out classy, and did well under the Manager called Steve (I think thats his name anyway!)With a small chill out room and a first class restaurant (formally of the same name, now called the IVORY) next door from the club, and down stairs from the inter-joining chill out room. Door staff are the best door staff in Trafford, and could even hold there own with the boys in the city centre. SUDDENLY... It all went wrong! The classic Irish singers from the restaurant have gone. The two young Dj's (who i have to say played some fantastic songs inc loads of classics you no longer hear...and got you wanting to join in,sing, dance and played what we all wanted to hear) have been replaced by young lads who havn't a clue! Head banging rubbish is played all night instead. And don't get me started on the under trained 'bar staff' who don't seem to have a clue about customer service! Some smart cloths wouldn't go a miss! Cloths in general wouldn't be a bad start!
LEARN SOME MANNERS! And learn how to actually do the job!
The inside (and out) is looking dirty and tired. Certainly is not worth the 5 door charge (especially when you could go somewhere far better for the price such as Lucid in the city centre) All the decent folk of Sale (inc. myself!) no longer wish to drink in there due to the poor clientel who is aloud to pass through its doors. (All the dodgy ruffians who drink in the Bulls head!) BRING BACK THE OLD BLUE FISH! As it stands AVOID! Restaurant is still worth a look, but avoid the youth centre next door(unless you want to get caught up in a fight every weekend And listen to appauling 'music!') Try the classier venue Nicolsons (over the road) or go down to Altrincham or Manchester.

Wine Bar/Night club.

The night club is, well, not the best. Its a bit of a cattle market of a weekend.

door fee applies (overpriced!) and it has a late licence 2am.

Not the best place in sale would rather make the effort to go to town.

Drinks are overpriced and the room is far top small, hot and sweaty.

For the older generation.
