agree with all thats been written here the sad thing is its been that way for years. cant see anyone in a rush to try and change it though i would have thought theres some decent money to be made there??

Remarkable for its dreadfulness. The clientele are base sub-neanderthals, such a shame as it could be a very fancy spot as its right on the rivers edge. If you go bring your own glass and top up directly from the Thames, don't touch their beer.

A hideous experience, nothing I have ever drunk there has been worth, certainly nothing draught. Awful.

Dismal pub, should be great as it has the best site for a pub south of the thames in Reading but simply doesn't pull it off. nasty crowd as well. I wasn't impressed.

This place was half decent when it first opened in the '80s but since then they seem to have gone out of their way to attract the worst kind of lager drinkers. Surprise surprise, the pub is now a shit hole.

Simply one of the worst pubs I have ever been in. No draught beer, poor lager, terrible food, filthy tables. Not to mention the aggressive clientele, who even the lad behind the bar seemed scared of.
