Is this place closed down for good now then?
I remember some savage nights in here that started off with some light bantered pool and ended up turning into the Wild West. I still went back every week though!
I've not been for about 15 years, which is probably a good thing.

no matter how many people buy, re-open or change the name of this place, it will always be a dive

now closed. hope it reopens as something good. it is a lovely location and there is a huge market for a good pub locally.

Isn't called Bentley's anymore - something like Club UB7, but don't remember. I'm not from the area and if the pubs are like this one, I don't think I'll be drinking here either.
Not a terrible pub, just very dark and sticky. Unclean, dank toilets and the odd toothless drunk leering lecherously at my female companions. It was reasonably priced though. I just don't think I'd travel all the way across town again for a random visit.
