In my opinion the best pub in the village, beer from "surrey hills" brewery and pleasant staff in clean, basic one room pub, good reasonably priced food as well.

Nice pub right on the High St, good Sunday lunch. Will be back in the summer for the cricket pitch behind - looks lovely.

In here on a Saturday afternoon. Courage Best and Surrey Hills Shere Drop and Ranmore (�3.55). Ranmore in great condition. Bare wooden floor, smart looking bar. Worth a visit.

2 real ales on on our visit both crisp and bright,pub looks clean and well kept.

A very pleasant pub, just a short walk from the cricket pitch. Only a couple of beers on but the Surrey Hills Gilt Complex was very nice.
Unfortunately we had other pubs to visit otherwise we'd have stayed longer.

Had a midweek pint and dinner, both very enjoyable in quiet & pleasant surroundings. Nice pub.
