The Olde Seven Stars was my second favourite pub in Kidderminster following Saturday afternoon's tour of 6 of the town's pubs. This pub is right in the town centre. It has a small front bar, with a much larger rear room and an outside drinking area to the side, where you can also find the toilets. I didn't see it. But apparently there is a large garden to the rear too. The many pumpclips on the walls show the variety of ales this place has stocked. On this visit, there were Three Tuns Rantipole & Stout, Holdens Golden Glow, Moorhouses Blond Witch, Wells Bombardier Burning Gold & Woods Shropshire Lad. Cider was Thatcher Heritage. Friendly staff and customers also.

Found this place pretty average. the ale was okay as opposed to good but there was something about the place that didn't make me feel like staying.

Probably best pub in Kidderminster. Decent ales that vary. Nice large rear garden. Dog friendly.

Has to be the best pub in Kiddy. An award that is similar to being the thinnest woman in the roly polys.

A nice pint of london pride. Interesting concept in providing plates, condiments and letting you bring you own take aways into the pub.

I took my pint into the chipper and was promptly chucked out.

I was a bit disappointed with this place. The awards it's won should indicate a great pub, but it was all a bit tatty, run-down even. The beer was fine, albeit pricey, although what to me let the pub down was the amount of children being allowed to roam free. I don't mind kids being allowed into a pub, particularly on a Saturday afternoon, but they should be under control. If this is the best Kidderminster has to offer, I won't be making a special effort to return.

Maintaining its tradition of serving good real ales. Five usually available with a cider now added. In Camra GBG. Well worth a visit.

Kiddrminster's oldest pub, typical olde worlde, clean maintained and ideally placed - and yet poorly patronised; I just don't get it. Maybe its the rather polite, middle-class atmosphere, as when the pub was a grubby, cheap-and-cheerful watering hole for the Goths and Rockers a few years ago, it was heaving!!
The beer is (again) typical for the town centre and highly priced (even if they do have Enville on tap!)

Huge beer garden!

Lovely friendly pub with good real ales. They have a take your own food policy. I don't know if this is abused but one table had about 4 children aged around 2 and it was a bit noisy as they supplied the kids with their food and drink. Brilliant garden for the summer.

One of the better places to drink in Kidderminster. Heating outside, and the bring your own food idea is a really good one.

A very nice town centre pub with friendly helpful staff, the beers, ciders and real ales are always excellently kept. Nice to see it's in the camra good beer guide 2008 you can also bring in your own food, well worth trying if you're passing .

A town centre pub that has been refurbished and reopened as a non smoking venue. Good range of real ales. You can take in your own food from surrounding take-aways and they provide plates, cutlery and condiments. Friendly staff. Good place to take a break from shopping.
