Great pub, in there every friday without fail, friendly and welcoming...the staff are fantastic and are the type to get to know your name, just had a small refurb to freshen it up. Highly reccomend plus the drinks are cheap!

New big screen tv in the public bar,reasonable prices and friendly what more could you want.Some of the comments at the bottom are quite bizzare.I think the people who made them have not visited the pub. It had a reputaion a long time ago and mud sticks. The public bar can get loud and occasionaly boistrous but its all good natured.

excellent pub ,been drinking there on and off since i was (cough 16) now im a little older still a good night whatever day of the week.

Brilliant service. If the staff know you your drink is sometimes ready before you ask for it.

A very popular pub.I have been drinking in this pub once or twice aweek for several years and have never seen any real trouble at all.

This is a very popular locals pub. Nobody has been stabbed or had a kicking. It is probably the pub with the least trouble in the area. very busy and friendly you should try it sometime
