Used to be excellent for sports ('the best sports bar in cheltenham') but post 2005 they stopped showing three games at the same time on differnet screens (brillant!) and put shelving in the way and rearranged the furniture badly!
Still good drinks and staff however.
Used to be one of my favourite pubs in the world! Not now...

Again, I've always found the SOuth African family that run Tailors very friendly and willing to accept a good barracking about the rugby! A great venue for watching sport, the beers good and they open early for rugby games in the Southern Hemisphere. Also, the outdoor seating area has doubled in size recently, so it's even better in the summer.

only pub in cheltenham guarenteed to be showing international rugby (even when the footie is on!) pricey but friendly, good in the summer cos you can sit outside, great guiness & good value nosh to boot

This pub looks great on the outside but is a real let down on the inside. I've never found it very friendly from customers or staff. But if there is a big enough group of you and you really have no where else to go its ok.

I had a quick drink in this place, looks better on the outside in must say. They sell excellent little Slush Puppy shots in 2 flavours at £1 each. Bargain! I would go there again for those.. if only it was on a nice Beach, even better!
