Liked this pub, beer was good and reasonably priced, friendly enough staff, was fairly busy when we called so I assume this is a popular pub

Excellent value for money and well cooked food take advantage of Tuesday grill night or Thursday Curry night both �6 with a pint

This is the pub by Debenhams I think. No Real Ales. I asked and the Landlord said when he took over he had 4 on, then 3, 2, 1 and now none due to lack of demand. Decent enough pub for me wanting to get away from the mum and wife shopping but don't expect too much. 5/10

Food was decent but no real ales. If that's your tipple then avoid!

Not a bad pub - beers OK but had to wait an age for food (which was distinctly average). Few holidaymakers though, which is always a plus!

Outside are all the student-types, inside there's a restaurant.
Rather nondescript average pub.

Always seems quiet,just a passing through pub despite a superb location.Has a new manager everytime I visit.Karaoke and quiz nights are on during the week.Free of chavs and rowdy holiday makers.Pop in and see!
