No proper beer, lazy inattentive staff, raucous "music".
It's just a chav fest, full of all the acne faced, underage imbeciles who can't get into the wetherspoons pub.
Should be closed down really, but at least it keeps all the scum in one place.

No, no and thrice no! How can it be possible for muppets that are unable to string together and verbally deliver a simple sentence are still permitted to imbibe alchohol! The government needs to do something about places like this. You can keep your nasty beer, insipid background pop music, Elizabeth Duke trinketry and your teenage acne. I'm off!

When this pub was called the toad at the warehouse, it became known by those who like their fruit to be under ripe, as the toad at the whore house. They've changed the name but little else is different.

Leopard covered seats and an almost exotic type furnishing, not really Taunton, but different anyhow. Like the beer "Staropramen" rocks!! Prices have gone up since Toad, so improved type of punters. Sunday night Karaoke is wicked.

Went to 24 pubs in Taunton back in May 2005. Went to this pub at about 7pm and I have to say it was the worst pub that I went to on that day. Bloke behind the bar was very arrogant and rude by the fact that we came from Devon. There are a lot better pubs in Taunton.
