Well, anyone who thinks the Boiler is bad is wrong!!!
best atmosphere ever, really cheap booze, and the bar staff are lush. (Check out dirty Monkey)Yeah its for students, but to be honest, someone who isn't a student who wants to drink in a student bar obviously doesn't get out much.
And there is a reason for there being plastic glasses.....think about it!!
But it's wicked, check it out!!!

Nice one. Beer is pants with standards to match. Don't think I'll bother to return.

The warm, flat beer and cider is made up for by the glasses (plastic) which glow in UV light and the low prices. The staff are friendly - mostly freshers like me. Recently repainted and new pool table.

only one word that can describe its greatness - fandabbadozey!!!

Full of arrogant student types with a penchant for crazy retings websites that all the staff visit - and no customers!!!

It was my spiritual home for 4 years. Nothing else even comes close.

This is a university hall bar - residents and their guests only, and most of the residents don't bother. Beer tastes so much better out of glass glasses.

Cheap booze and cheap women. Plastic pint glasses, 1.50 a pint, only one toilet to be sick in.
