I am a big fan of Pitcher and Piano bars and have spent quite a large amount of time in them! With this one you get the good service you would normally expect. My only complaint is the building itself. Hardly any natural light and very hot and stuffy throughout the summer.

a smaller pitcher and piano,and with that a breezier atmosphere.staff seemed to know what they were doing,and there was a fair selection of booze.a nice tucked away drinking hole.

Went there on a Friday evening - busy but found service to be excellent. Both people who served me "clocked" the people waiting and served them in order. I had a foriegn lager I'd not heard of before on draught which was excellent.

Great simple early evening atmosphere before moving on. Bar staff are friendly and the service is great. Last Friday of each month they have shooters over an ice scuplture.
