It's a great place to watch sport on saturday afternoons - very friendly local - sometimes the real ales are ok as well.

One of the best pubs in Lancashire if not the best, quizzes two nights a week with an open the box on sunday, live entertainment on a couple of nights.
Always something going on like the party for St Georges day any excuse for a good get together then the Landlord Tony does it.
8FT football screen brilliant and always decorated smart for the England games.
Staff always smart and welcoming, this one is a definate must to try.

A friendly local with live entertainment and quiz nights. Wide screen for major sporting events, pool table, darts snooker and a wide choice of ales not forgetting that food is also available. Enjoy

This pub has now been done up and has a new landlord, very friendly place, nice simple food, nice beer.

Alright for a quick pint, but not particularly friendly or comfortable. You'll be well in if you are a pigeon fancier.
