The Greyhound, Tinsley Green

Since the owner sacked the useless kitchen management and took the overal control of the kitchen on his own back the transformation is truly amazing. As the owner has two other local businesses he trusted the management to his chef, the council ripped this guy apart and he gave the pub a zero hygiene rating. this was not helped by the apauling state of the building after the baxendales wrecked it. The pub has 5 great real ales, Adnams broadside and explorer, London pride, spitfire and a guest ale. There are two ciders on tap and looks like addlestones is on it's way making it 3. There are 4 lagers and Guinness. Who would ever think it was the same pub as it was 3 years ago.
