Great little pub, does not do food, but occasionally has excellent home made sausage rolls on offer, made by the fair hand of the lovely bar maid. Also
recently arrived in the 21th century and has now gone contactless. Large screen projector so best pub in wendover to watch the football. Come on Liverpool.

Visited last week, a bit dated but in a nice way, beers good (shame most are Fullers) no food served apart from a few dusty looking sausage rolls sitting uncovered on the back of the bar all night. Music from the TV was far too loud to be enjoyable.

A friendly traditional local's pub with a good choice of beers and ales. The name over the door has not changed for 50 years.
Sky TV, darts, doms, free WiFi and dog friendly.
Fullers and other beers available, and the beer is kept very well. Been in the Good Beer Guide for many years.
Serves an excellent pint of London Pride.
This is a good example of the increasingly rare 'local'.

Feels like a 1970s working man's boozer on a council estate. Not the sort of public house you'd expect to find on a hill with all the 17th century cottages. Has a wide choice of ales on tap but to be honest from the choice of pubs locally in Wendover I'd say there are friendlier, more comfortable, and nicer pubs to visit.
