I currently hold the mens world record for the quickest exit from upstairs in Borellis Bar whilst holding a large glass of red wine and a mobilephone in the other. A time of 0.5 seconds was achieved. A landmark that has stood since 1998 and I doubt will ever be bettered. NB. Richard Grover can ratify this.
