Service here is appalling: that applies to bar stuff right up to management (especially the Manager). Bad attitude, non-interest -and on top of that, incompetent. One example to give of this is that I was served a juice that was clearly 'off'. When I politely mentioned to one of the bar staff that I thought my drink might be off, he just shrugged it off and carried on serving someone else. Similar response from other bar stuff. As it transpired, the whole carton from which the juice was served was completely off (frothing!) When the bar staff realised this, they didn't care and seemed annoyed at having to offer a replacement juice. The Manager was the worst of the lot: he showed annoyance at me pointing out the drink they served me was off! Maybe the staff's general bad attitude works in this place as the clientele is dominated here by wanna-be Notting-Hill-ites! Posey and style over (very very) little substance. Don't go.
