Only been in once, but I had 2 very nice pints of ale and generally had a nice time. A bit surprised by the low rating really.

I guess it was you lot who whacked the wing mirror on the landlord's car then? I can't really judge the lack of service, but I'd try and start a fight with you if you whacked my car, frankly!

Are you sure you didn't go to the Woodman? I really don't think this pub exists and your description sounds like the Woodman, which is indeed an excellent pub!
