The White Lion, Patterdale
Since the reviews below were written the White Lion has been taken over by new management.
The food is of excellent quality and great value for money.
The food and drinks served in the pub are actually the cheapest in the surrounding area.
The accommodation is also very reasonabally priced with compact but clean rooms.
I also run a pub named the White Lion which was my reason for visting this one and i would certainly go back. Highly recommended.
