Decent pub; friendly guv'nor and barstaff. Quiet during the week, busy at weekends. Good beer, plenty of screens for football. Not bad at all for a local, but wouldn't travel miles to go there.

This pub has found a remarkable way to put up prices. Just replace the existing (popular) beers with exotic sounding continental beers that cost a lot more than the originals. A 50 pence a pint price increase with no effort. Oh, and try to find a current price list -- I thought it was a legal requirement. Won't be back for a looong while.
