I was hoping to try a pint or two of the American ales during the recent beer festival but unbelievably they had completely run out of all cask ale! A very sad state of affairs.

Cornerstone Cafe Bar, St Peter Port

A friendly pub with good, reasonably priced food and several real ales available. The beer has become very expensive though with real ales (even the local Guernsey Patois) sold for �3.30 per pint, which is a lot more than its nearest competitor, the Cock and Bull.
