Now fully open and well worth the wait,beer is great and the whole place just smacks of class,well worth a visit because you will want to return time and time again,if not for the atmospher,then for the prices,a lot less than the pubs in town.
been told that a basic food offer is about start and they are getting some trips out organised,to the brewery and a day at the races,etc.
Three Joules beers on handpull,all brewed in Market Drayton,so its not had to travel far,Slumbering monk 4.5,Joules pale ale 4.1 and Joules blond 3.8,all very tasty and have their own distinct flavours,well worth a try,my favourite is the pale ale

Bourne Arms, Knott End on Sea

A proper pub at last,with four real ales and an super menu,worth a visit just for the roaring log fire.
Right on the sea side with stunning views across Morcambe bay.
Take the time to find this hidden jewel,you will not be dissapointed

The Bricklayers Arms, Copthorne

now brought by Joules brewery and is being totally refurbished,will be open as a brewery tap pub in mid Feb,with new licencees.
