The Globe Inn, Lympstone

Sheila and Dave took over as landlords in February 2010. The pub had lost a lot of its regulars, which they have attracted back. Very much a friendly Village Pub feel again now.

Bass, London Pride and Otter permanently on and well kept. Food has improved ater a dodgy chef or two.

Log fire in Winter. Occasional music. Quiz Tuesdays. Other events.

The Swan Inn, Lympstone

At last we have landlords in this pub who keep a decent pint, know what they are doing, and look likely to stay more than a year! Sue has really turned the Swan around in the past year - after a succession of disastrous managements it is now a successfull family run pub.

Occasionally gets too busy for its own good, but a long wait to be served (or for your food) is now quite rare, rather then the norm which it once was.

Good selection of real ales always in good nick. Occasional music and other "events".

The Redwing Inn, Lympstone

The pub is now closed again. It is believed to be re-opening, after another small refurb, as a resturant/bistro/bar, some time in early 2011. Watch this space!
